The construction of Stage 1 of the first phase of Lipite has begun! Hercesa Bulgaria has been issued with a Building permit for the first phase at the end of June 2021 and in August, after a thorough tender procedure Markan building company has been chosen as a Main contractor for the project. Markan has more than 25 years of experience in construction of residential, administrative and commercial developments. The duration of  for the first stage is set for a period of about 15 months.  

More than one third of the apartments and commercial areas in Stage 1 has already been reserved. Further information about the availability you can receive here or on the building site in out sales office!
