In 1975, Hercesa started its activity by developing several real estate projects, both in the residential, industrial and service sectors throughout Spain, with a special presence in the community of Madrid and Castillia - La Mancha. At present he has an important portfolio of real estate projects under development. Herseca has more than 200 completed residential projects in Spain and around the world.

      Hercesa is also managing millions of square meters of land in industrial zones and developing and promoting commercial centres, industrial and logistic parks, office buildings, hotels and apartment hotels. The company is also managing and renting out many residential buildings, tourist apartments and commercial spaces. 

      

 Hercesa International is the result of the joint of Hercesa Internacional projects. Its objective is to transfer the business model but adapted to the reality of each country. That is the reason why it focuses its products on the types demanded by the local client, making its developments available according to the purchasing power of the segments of the population to which it is addressed, especially to the most price-competitive products.  

 Its residential developments are based on a modern urban concept that endeavors to create “small towns” within the city or in its outskirts, with wide streets and where buildings are surrounded with green areas. Houses and urbanizations are planned and carried out taking into consideration criteria of constructive and ecological efficiency.
